1. OverviewAt The HM Brand(Handsome Mall), we value our customers' trust. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, your item must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received it.Kept in its original packaging.Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene and safety reasons common in the Pakistani market, the following items cannot be returned:Customized Gear: Any sports uniforms or equipment customized with specific "Brand Names" or logos.Personal Care Items: Intimate or sanitary goods.Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items bought on "Sale" or during clearance are final.Gift Cards and downloadable products.

4. Refund ProcessInspection: Once your return is received at our facility in Sialkot, we will inspect it and notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed. The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or Credit Card) within a few business days.
